  • For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.

    I see there nothing written here so remember it's ok to fall it's even ok to lay there afterwards as long as you get up understanding the reason for the fall whether it was you or something else cas if you know then next time will be different
