    She was able to put a lid on her feelings before the black kryptonite caused her to reveal it. I wouldn't be surprised if she just keeps it to herself with the slight possibility of bringing it up after Jade dies of old age.

    I think that was because he was surprised Paul knew about any survivors, seeing as they're so rare. Since he's had time to think about it, Amalak may have decided that letting the other kryptonians go is worth it if he can get the opportunity to kill General Zod.
