It's never made any sense for 15-year-olds to be training as heroes." and I cynically thought, "It makes perfect sense for training child soldiers while creating the veneer that that isn't what's happening (younger would be too obvious, and older lets their brains develop more)

    Let's be fair, the JROTC trains 14-years-olds for stuff lots of stuff other than being a soldier, nothing to see here, move along.

    IIRC, I don't think JROTC is an outright school though, that tacks on education as an afterthought, as in MHA

    Yo! Decided to write it here cuz the issue is minimal (I think). So! Your picture you supposed to show in Chapter 7 of MHA/NIer crossover is nonexistent. Probably link is busted. I recommend to check other chapters with pictures in them just in case.
    Would you mind if I borrowed some of the changes you made to UA to make into a university? I'd give you credit, of course, but you did a really good job of it and trying to come up with my own system without copying yours is proving difficult lol
