The only "advice" i could offer is checking if the issue isn't with the base game at first, i.e. opening the game gui anf seeing if the line is actually there... If it is then the only way to discover the issue is to go through mods one at a time.... Wish i could give better advice.... -

now, do not take my words for pure fact as it's been a while since I looked into/asked about it, but iirc it's a combination of that being a feature of an add-on XF1, that was not portable, and the feature that is used in XF2 is not only a paid addon, but it also doesn't mail you the full reply...- Words: 140
