Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.
That second one sounds like one of the relaxation techniques I was taught, which was to start at one end of your body (feet/head), then try to tense things at the extremity for a few seconds (like your toes), then untense them. Then move onto the next controllable muscle group (like the feet...
So, as part of anti-spam measures, we have all posts made by users with 0 posts in a thread be approved by a mod. Those posts for approval get put into a queue for the mods to approve. I saw this in the queue, so thought I'd answer.
Well, at a high level, bringing up Cold War era stuff is old enough it probably won't spark an argument, so it probably wouldn't fit R8.
On the other hand, the way you describe it, it almost sounds like a derail is already taking place (Why would bringing up which side a poster belongs/belonged...
I'll be blunt about it; the staff of QQ doesn't want the site to be a repository of translations. It was starting to trend that way, thus, the rule was put in place. They whys behind that desire are myriad, but that is the crux of it. I won't go into the list of reasons because different...
Story is fine? It doesn't reach the presentation that Lilies does, but it is fine. Some pacing issues was the worst part of it really for me. But honestly, gameplay alone makes it a worthy purchase. And then you add on another great soundtrack for a great time.
I just finished Ender Magnolia yesterday. Great game. A step up in terms of QoL, gameplay, combat, etc. compared to Ender Lilies. I will say that I felt Ender Lilies was a bit more focused and managed to coordinate everything to really nail the setting and feel it was going for, while...
So, a peak behind the curtain: we (mods) have been aware of the posting of translations for a while, and had various thoughts on it, but the general consensus was that it was in general a small issue that didn't really require any action if it didn't grow much larger. We reconvened on the topic...
Yep! We can definitely do that. Multiple ways to communicate it, but the easiest for us is to just report one of your posts in the thread you want moved and state where you would like it moved. That gets it added to the mod queue, and any of us can pick it up and do it.
So you know, it looks like it is only the autocomplete that is broken for some usernames. If you manually type it in and search, it still functions as desired.
I went ahead and cleaned up the duplicate thread, and then moved the other to the Creative Writing forum.
Let us know if you need any more help.
Have a great rest of the day!
My guess? Somebody posted a link to your quest somewhere; maybe reddit or someplace. And they are all now checking it out. Users who are not logged in (whether they have an account or not), would show as a guest.
It was mostly that the conversation was already off topic and was set to "and this is to go even further beyond!" the topic (funny images), potentially to a Rule 8 area, so might as well end it there.
