    Assuming that tails come out at the tailbone like they should and not out of the small of the back like in most art that makes a degree of sense. Easier to work a string around such things than a stretch of fabric when a tail is in the way.

    Hmmm… Perhaps he could pick up Secret Power while he’s here? A bit gimmicky of a move but being able to just make a hidden base basically anywhere would be a godsend I imagine. Having bolt holes hidden around could be the difference between living and dying. Especially if he stocks up on healing...
