What movie? And how was your day? Mine's actually been pretty decent. Aunt's doing a lot better. Actually went to the story with me, although it basically knocked her out by the time she got back. And of course I told her she didn't need to come a long, I had it handled, but she wanted to get out of the house.

Med's are helping, but it's just naturally clearing up as well. And maybe some other time, I actually have a few things I still need to do. Firstly, I need to call my dad since father's day was yesterday and see how he's doing.

You occupied tonight in general?

Kinda. I'm going to make some dinner soon, see if I can get my aunt to eat, I've been meaning to do some laundry, and also take care of the dogs. So take them out a couple times, feed them, make sure the youngest Brinkley doesn't get into a fight with the other two, that kind of stuff. So pretty busy, but I can chat for a little while if you want to.

How dogs and food?

Am back, literally just spent a solid thirty minutes talking to my dad. He's good. He talked a lot about the Nonprofit he runs and some of the cool stuff they've been doing. Food and dogs are good. The dogs have started lying down and chilling.

What's the nonprofit about?

It's called the Evie effect if you want to look it up. Based in Tyler Texas. It's as the name implies, dedicated to my little sister who passed, in helping people who are dealing with mental illness and stuff. They started out doing small group events for handling grief, and have over time moved onto doing whole concerts and races to raise money and awareness for mental health.

Apparently they have a Podcast now where various members of their group can come and tell their stories. And since Tyler Texas has been growing so fast as a town, and the government over it has been really pushing tourism, it means a lot of musicians are getting invited and involved with the Evie effect since there actually one of the larger organizers now for concerts in the town.

That's a beautiful thing for a sad need

They needed something to put their grief into. I have my disagreements with it, in the sense that they still have three other kids who lives they really aren't that involved in and that dedicating most of your waking time and constantly talking about suicide and self help methods isn't healthy, but they are helping people and forming a little community. There are a lot of worse ways they could've handled it.

How was your day though? My aunt's still pretty sick, but doing better and I was able to get her to eat a full meal which is a first in a couple days.

I think at this point she's over the worst of it. She's genuinely gotten a lot better these past couple of days, went out to eat today and going to the store yesterday. If she was going to go to the hospital it would've been Thursday or Saturday which was the worst. But girls, it sounds like you're getting good at getting responses just not good at keeping them.
