Questionable Questing

Are these Gods still around? Still able to provide guidance, plot, or plan? Or is it just fragments of their left over power and they are long gone somewhere else with any worship meaningless since they can't hear or answer it?

Ghosts. Shadows. Teachers able to pass down some of their Will to the Scions who learn from them

But weakened enough it's just shadows of what the once where. They can barely touch things let alone manipulate reality like they once did. So they are dependent on students to carry out their bidding using their vast knowledge as a bargaining chip. Sound about right?

To continue their teachings and carry on their pride and honor.

Are there any gods that want to come back? That hates humanity for having the potential and taking it for granite? That is jealous they can never rise as far as they once did?

They are shadows. Stuck to being force ghosts. They can pass on only their feelings and beliefs, their history to feed the wars of the new age.

Force Ghosts, I like that analogy. Any Siths or parasites look to possess or twist any unfortunate students that fall into their path?

Possess no. Be the origin of influential warlord ethos that has created a history of conquest and domination? Yes

Surprise Boobies. But conquest and dominance? Are there like major factions or sides these various ghosts follow or is uniquely special to each one?

Factions the ghosts follow yes. I sleep now. My inspiration will be the Force from Star Wars. That use your anger/will/channel your emotions. Want to keep that aura is internal rule. No kammaha lasers or magic spells

Breaking apart from inside would be one or two of the four Paths

Ancient rotting, rusting mech's hidden in old ruins and under half buried cities. All have a warrior spirit or special AI inside that demands if you're worthy or not. Expositions organized, battling mutants, malfunctioning securities droids, cannibals, and Jihadist that worship and protect the old technology. All in the hopes of find one of these weapons or vehicles still running.

And my days been pretty chill too. Haven't done much at all. Planning it all for tomorrow and Sunday when the crowds thins. But hopefully will go see a movie tomorrow.
