Just realized the minor pain in my shins after running is probably not due to my socks being too tight and instead something called "Shin splints", been exercising too hard too fast lol.
I think tomorrow I'll just have a sedate walk.

Seriously though, seems to have settled to every other day so far. That's just me being in my creative spree though, don't be surprised if i crash and burn eventually.
