My thinking was a multi-jump process using perks which enhanced heredity in a few ways, plus the power modifying ability from Medaka Box to specifically rework it into the desired sort of heredity, plus some mild regen.

That one has a guarantee that it'll only be 1/4 power.
It also gives it to adopted kids.

That being said, it's one of the ones I intend to integrate into the package.
Others: Heredity thing from SCP foundation, heredity thing from the SB exalted jump... nondifferentiated, regenerating body from the SCP jump, but modified to only apply to parasite parts, to apply the slow regen to them.
