I've came up with something similar. ⌈Me!Me!Me!⌋, an Act Stand. First act erases the concept of directions from people alltogether for a small period of time, second traps you in whatever direction you were going (person jumps, they do not come back down), third outright controls what direction a person can take—in more than just the physical sense, and which contradicts the preset unverse everything else moves in.

That sounds epic... and terrifying. My favorite stand that I created is called unashamedly Black Parade. Its power is a pun/joke on the Night Parade of 100 demons. It can choose one of 100 japanese monsters to take form as. Its only weakness is that each monster/youkai shares everything from its legends including their weaknesses. so yeah x.x Its a very versatile stand... which is also a weakness

I've got one of my own: Walk the Moon. It's a short-range stand that's got low ranks in every category, but it's power is the ability to manipulate the mass of anything in it's range, which is a several meter radius. Thus it can increase its own mass to make it's attacks hit like a truck, or lower it's opponents mass to make their attacks less effective than a tap, and more.

Its weakness is that it needs to know you're there to affect you, meaning that sneak attacks would be super effective against it, as long as you're not noticed before your attack lands.

Low in strength and defense, middling in range, high in precision and speed. It's fragile, but very slippery.

Ability: Its singing entrances those who hear it to do its bidding. The stronger someones will, the more they can resist, but the longer they listen, the more it affects them. Its weakness is that you need to actually be able to hear its singing for it to affect you.
