Have you heard of Fallout New California? I just discovered it, it's pretty great for a player-made mod! Thousands of voiced lines, I left the vault with three side-hoes with various mental issues (incestuous, aspergers, etc.) and a Native American mass murderer wingman. Sequel to FO2 if you've played that old game.
