Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
  • For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.

It's hard to get an exact number, because most of my readers use Kindle Unlimited and that just gives me page view counts. But it's definitely somewhere in the tens of thousands, which is more than the combined user base of SB, SV and QQ. There just aren't many people who want to write fanfiction of it, for whatever reason.

I think the lack of fanfiction might have something to do with that odd double standard a lot of fanfic communities have. It's fine to go hog wild in the franchise of some random published author, but taboo to 'steal' settings and characters from a fellow online fanfic writer.
