    The "full mental effects" have largely already happened at that point. They *are* sincerely in love with you, after all (otherwise it wouldn't trigger).

    The root level of every Heritage so far is 100 credits, does that count as one of the Heritage Perks and thus push you to T7? Worse, the lowest-cost heritage perk (in the Transhuman tree) costs 30 credits, putting you at T5, literally one credit away from T6.

    There is no way to cost less than 100 credits if the Root perk counts, and no way to cost less than 30, more likely to be higher, if the Root perk doesn't count.

    Root perks count. The values for T6 and below don't matter for the two current heritages, but the root perks for later ones might be low enough to require them.
    Yet another question regarding Waifu Catalog (apologizes if its been asked before), but for Dragon Thrall (the one where you can turn others into dragons by having them ingest or take huge loads of Jizz) does it have to be done in Dragon Form or can you do it in an alternate form? Like, say, your base Human form?
    Another Waifu Catalog question (Sorry, but its such an interesting CYOA concept)... does Destiny Defense work against Coil's powers? I know its supposed to be some form of pre/post cog (and that would allow Trace Defense to protect against it) but I'm not sure which defense his power will bounce off of (if such a defense exists).
    Hey just wanted to say big fan of the catalogue. Was also curious what kinda worlds count as tier 11 for start, or if you just pick any world and use tier 11 start rules.
    Sorry if this has been asked before, but where exactly does Harry Potter (series) fall on your Waifu Catalog's Danger Rating scale. Yes, I checked, its no longer on there for some reason... would it be 4 or 5 since that's what the named characters are at Tier wise?

    Only your own personal age limit. If the target is under it, they become a familiar instead. Temporal Calibration lets you bypass this by going to a version of HP where "Hogwarts First Year" is 17-18 instead of 10-11.

    Ah, okay. Thanks. I only ask because my one exposure to Waifu Catalog (apart from looking over the rules and doc) suggest that there is an age limit in place. I'm assuming there is no age restriction for purchases?

    You can always just fanwank that you bought an older version of a too-young character or younger version of a too-old character, unless the older and younger versions of a character have different entries/waifu perks. Most current examples of that are Nasuverse Servants.
    Just wanted to say thanks for this, i only found the waifu stuff recently but trying to find a story l love using a great idea has at least let me find plenty of interesting ones...     Does this mean that you are capped at 5 max(5, or the maximum number of chokers you can use at any one time, which is 5), or is the second one meaning that the number of UNUSED ones that you can stock up is equal to five or the amount of USED ones? Thus allowing more to be gained past 5?

    Hey, I had a couple questions. If Arceuid were able to become Archetype: Earth, would that bump her up to a 9 or 10? And what would Satsuki's rating be? For Worm, if you have a T11, would it be possible for them to open a portal into an alternate Earth Bet to allow for catching Eden, or would you have to start with her/Be in a version where she was alive for that to be possible?

    Yes. Eden is only mostly dead at the start of Worm canon, and mostly dead is still alive. That's the safest time to catch her.
