• The site has now migrated to Xenforo 2. If you see any issues with the forum operation, please post them in the feedback thread.
  • An addendum to Rule 3 regarding fan-translated works of things such as Web Novels has been made. Please see here for details.
  • Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com. Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
  • For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
  • Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
  • Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
  • The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.

Questionable Questing

Can they forcibly open them? Seems like it'd be even more harmful than normally opening them, since you're not acclimated to having them open, and they're probably stuck open for awhile but...the technique doesn't sound impossible.

Indeed. It sounds like a rather impressive advanced technique.

If one for dangerously overclocking /allies/, since the brute force of the gates doesn't sound that useful to jyuuken.

...and now I've thought of perhaps the most subtle, sinister form of bloodline theft, completely unrelated: the medical ninjutsu assisted gonad swap, in which the testicles or ovaries are swapped between the bloodline carrying captive and an on-hand ninja via medic nin managed surgery. Generally while the captive is unconscious.

And tissue rejection clearly isn't an issue for ninjas, considering all the eye theft.

And that whole idea unnerves me.
That being said, it makes me imagine fully non-genetic bloodlines, which are passed down purely through inheritance of a self sustaining chakra pattern/wavelength in the womb, through exposure to that of the mother. Theoretically, it's even possible to lose it during your life...or gain it.
