She's going to start out really suspicious and almost angry at the idea that a man can be as perfect as him. But as time goes by and she see's some of his flaws in working as a teacher with Deku and how his sole focus on beating villain's has left him blind to a lot of the institutional rot within heroes will actually make her like him. Because then's he no longer perfect. He's flawed and human like anyone else.

But definitely in the beginning she won't like him and will have trouble approaching him, but she'll want to get in on his good side so she'll try to hide it. It'll be weird and awkward for both of them.

But after awhile she's going to open up to All Might about some of the flaws she see's with the hero industry and how its causing all the problems especially with the kids and that opening will also cause All Might to start to like her more as well.
