Any half competent teacher or counselor will tell you those kinds of test whether your training a student, a hero, or even someone in the army isn't a good idea. Since punishing the lowest performer creates a culture of back stabbing and cliques as everyone tries not be at the lowest of the totem pole.

Would be fun to see how the MC will respond to that and how it will reflect how much she cares even though she's pretending she doesn't.

See, I'm against having Aizawa do that. It reads as the author trying to do a clever morals thing, when the character of Aizawa as presented would not do that and yeah, things to guide along the routes and add the influence of the MC
For the students, those phones can text, record, and take pictures of their changes and practices that the MC suggests to them

The way I'm going to portray Aizawa and a lot of the other questionable decisions made at the school, is that while they would love to change the curriculum to focus more on what actually being a hero means, they are forced by the Heroes commission and other political forces to do things a certain way.

A good example is the practical test for getting into the school to begin with. Sure blowing up a bunch of giant robots is an impressive show of skill and power, that I'm sure the government of Japan loves to show off, but is it really the best way to test if someone a good potential hero?

Again a big theme of the manga is everyone focusing on big flashy powers at the expense of doing good or old fashioned practical skills.

Oh you caught onto the fact the MC's semen was weird, Yep the MC is using her powers to make it taste addicting for Midnight at the same time she's using her powers to make her seem a little bit prettier.

Think of it like how movie stars have special make up and lighting to bring their best traits and that's what the MC is doing to make Midnight feel sexier and by extension less insecure about her age.

There's a question to consider. Is a hero a Kachan or a Deku? A combat force or a saver? And there would be different schools of thought on this

What the MC doesn't realize is that her quirk is more than illusions. How she's using it is that she can apply layers on to objects and the more layers an object has the more realistic and convincing the illusion is. With her being able to do a couple dozen or so layers a day. With the more layers applied on the same object, making it harder and harder to apply another.

But what The MC doesn't realize is that if she applies enough layers the object or person being effect will trick themselves into fitting that idea. Literately a very limited form of reality warping. Think less making gold or floating bridges out of thin air, and more fixing a crack in a table or getting rid of a wrinkle in someone face.

But again she would have to apply layer after layer for months and years at a time to make significant changes. Which is why she's has no idea about this ability. The only thing that she's done this with is her specialty weapons, and for her the changes were so gradual and insignificant she didn't even notice them and her family

Her family which are all perfectly healthy, supermodel beautiful, intelligent, with powerful quirks. but all of those things could be blamed on anything especially when as a parent you only see the best parts of your family. One of the big reveals I want to do is that the MC changed her family unconsciously to suit her preferences.

She has a sniper rifle that can fire multiple different types of bullets, never jams, acts almost like a aim assist, with a scope that can highlight body shapes and heat signatures through walls, also can highlight soft areas of a building that the bullet can pierce cleanly through. Light enough to fit in a briefcase
