I like the idea of everybody looking up to Naruto as this ultimate pervert and everyone asking him who's the hardest to satisfy or the craziest stuff he's every done with his harem, and he'll give some wholesome or mundane answer like Hinta likes to cuddle and sometimes the other girls get jealous.

Maybe have Tsunade freely share her sexual exploits, but if you get her drunk enough she'll start talking about how much she likes it when Naruto brushes her hair and other wholesome stuff. Make it a inversion of the typical Naruto story where the drunker Tsunade gets the lewder she gets, with it being the opposite. With her being a sad drunk.

Not sure. I haven't really planned that far ahead in the story. Right now I have the general motivations of a lot of the cast and a general direction of their character arc's, but in terms of anything outside of the main character's I'm not sure.

One of my bigger flaws as a writer is I tend to plan out the character motivations over plot beats, so my stories tend to flounder around sometimes.

I guess the beginning is the place to start. Tsunade has a debt to fill with Kushina and decides to go back to the village to help raise Naruto. It starts out small visits every couple months, Tsunade having flashbacks and nightmares spending time around familiar faces. This goes on for awhile, the two building a close bond.

Tsunade starting to spend more and more time in the village and even starting to give tips not just about Ninja stuff but also about life and other personal stuff to Naruto. As the two start to get closer and closer, there starts to get more outside pressure. Naruto has to deal with Tsunade own personal issues cropping up and the fears that she's going to leave and not come back.
