Had an idea to make a flowing series with Oobleck slowly getting more and more powerful. The following plot bunnies occasionally jump up out at me.

1. Oobleck in the HP verse taking first the role of a beater in Quidditch before getting intangled in the bloodwars of Harry's parent's days. Things mostly progress the same but eventually Oobleck gets called into Hogwarts as the History professor after he accidentally motivates a student to perform an excorcism on Binns.

2. Oobleck as the 3rd Apprentice to Gol D Roger in OP verse. He learns the ancient language much like robin does and wanders around seeking out the ancient Poneglyphs. ends up becoming Ace's second in command much to Rayleigh's amusement. When Ace tries to kill Whitebeard Oobleck gives him a dressing down and makes Ace a bit more responsible and remind him that his crew is just that, his crew. etc etc
