Hell has Ages defined by the emotions of Lucifer. In the first age, after he just fell, it is a nasty cold miserable and violent shit hole. When he starts to become a proper king with Lilith helping him and he helping her to recover from the wounding of their Fall, another age begins and we start to see the stabilization of Hell. And so forth and so on. The king and queen's mindset shapes the tone of Hell.

I usually prefer the darker and older version of satan, say like the one down below, but this one's growing on me.

This is one of my favorites. A key part of Hazbin Hotel to keep is Hell is damaged and dark, but its not evil. Lucifer isn't a sadistic prison warden. He's a king with a family and subjects and Hell is a society and a culture.

So a family gets dropped in Hell and their roles start getting inverted. Mom and dad change, dad becoming a femboy mommy and mom becoming a slutry mistress while son is trying to hold it all together and make a new life for them with his sisters and brother or brothers

I love how honest he is. No lies. No jokes. He can barely even hide how much he hates humans. This one is also one of my favorites.

That family fighting the corruption and trying to hold onto each other's love until it all bleeds together. That sounds like a lot of fun.

And, is there a goal with Hell for Lucifier and Lilith? What are they building, what is the belief powering Hell's government?

I guess the question is what does Lucifier want? Revenge? A home? To be left alone? To conquer? To raise a family? anyone of those he probably felt at any given time.

Is Hell meant to conquer Heaven or does he not care?
What does Lilith want? Lots of room. But onto our family, watching them lose memory of their prior lives and only having their new demonic selves is interesting. You can also show the shifting network of bindings between weaker and stronger Demons and how it is powered both by selfish survivial and real emotional or idealogical connections that don't fade

I think like you said Lucifer at first wanted revenge and to make heaven suffer, but as time went on he;s really chilled out. Then falling in love with Lilth helped him. Then charlie came alone, and now it seems all he wants is to be left alone and be with his family in peace.

But he has to keep the pretenses up about the whole eternal war with heaven because that's what all the other demons want and maybe on some level Lucifer doesn't want to admit to himself its not important to him anymore.

Now his life's mission is to breed Charlie as many times as possible and make himself even more happy. because if one charlie make hell that much brighter imagine an army of them, lol

Is there like a death cult about slaughtering and burning heaven?
What is hell religion? How big is perversion and debuachery in it? How important is the inversion of godly virtues?

I'm not a hundred percent sure how religion should work in hell, but I could totally see everyone in their desiring vengeance for being forced down there.

Ignore that last part that was a joke, for Lucifer, if I actually end up writing this story, he's going to have a whole character arc trying to deal with his complicated emotions with his daughter, and the fear that if he loves her in that way he'll hurt her.
