Questionable Questing

Lilith and Lucifer tag teaming Charlies is too fun an idea not to do.

The safe upper crust I was talking about is where hell's royalty lives. There's no crime, there's no open warfare like the slums, and to the new immigrants is basically seen as this magical place where everything's normal again that everyone wants to get into.

Only issue is that while the overlords in Lilith's domain specifically detest open violence, that doesn't mean they aren't demons. they kill and torture just as much as anyone else, they just try to keep it behind closed doors and subtle. And for any recent immigrants with no standing and no protection, their sitting ducks if they piss off or get involved in any of the politic's of these families.

Interesting thought. Is violence and rape a inherent aspect of Demons? Their hedonism can't be denied. It's fundamental to Hell

I'm thinking its not a fundamental part, but the issues with hell is that its a lot harder to control your emotions since your literal physical body and the world around you is being changed by them, so if you get mad or lustful in hell its amplified significantly.

Sorry I couldn't talk earlier, I'm coming down with a cold and I was knocked out earlier with some medicine. Probably going to have to stay home tomorrow from work.

I've been thinking. Lucifer and Lilith haven't had any other sex partner for a long time. Occasional threesomes as a couple, but they haven't had a sub to dominate between them as they are too close together. Charlie though is such a big part of her lives she naturally fits and feeds their demonic hungers

I like this, Hell is extremely reflective of the soul's uncontrolled parts and feeds into it. And how bad is the cold?

I'm just really tired and my throat feels like I've been choking on something. I'll be fine in day or two. I'm more annoyed than anything else that'll I be using up one of my sick days.

I also really like the idea that its been awhile for Lucifer and Lilith opening up their relationship, maybe they've kind of slowed down with the whole degenerate sex everyday and everywhere when Charlie was born and with her in their bed, they can re-explore that side of themselves.

How many sick days you got? And this is a interesting thing to think about, how deviant and wild are their sex drives as Demons. How naive is Charlie about Hell? What inspired her to do the Hotel?

I've got like five or six days that I can use per year, unless I have a serious enough condition, and I gain like .03 hours for every hour I work. Unfortunately I haven't accrued enough hours for a whole day, so I'll probably use my floating holiday instead. We get a single personal day per year that we can use for anything.

Yeah it sucks. But it is what it is and since I'm in a real physical field and I don't want to get anyone else sick, i think I might have to bite the bullet.

I'm thinking what inspired Charlie on the hotel is that she's grow up her whole life hearing how horrible hell, how her parents have all these scary titles and are considered the ultimate evil, but then her dad gives her baby ducks to play with, he kisses her boo boos, and sings songs to help her go to sleep.

How dumb is Charlie and how sheltered was she? How could she be super positive but still show she grew up in Hell?

Her mother, loves to joke and flirt with dad. She's a bit of a prankster and taught Charlie all kinds of fun trick's to play. She a marvelous dancer and taught Charlie ballet and ballroom dancing. Charlies desire to see heaven is partially to resolve this inner conflict about who her parents are. Why are people who love her so much and are such great parents, evil?

Charlie thinks it one big misunderstanding, just a family that was torn apart a long time ago and that with enough hugs and kisses heaven and hell can resolve their issues and everyone can be happy. Its naive and a little childish, but Charlies a sheltered princess that's only ever been allowed to see the light, and beneath that childishness is a deep insecurity and burning desire to know the truth about everything.

That opens up a interesting theme for Charlie to explore. Metaphysical, she is the daughter of Hell. Charlie is connected to it and denying part of herself, but you can also have her feel and be correct the part she has been embracing all her life is also true. She as a character can ask what is Hell's nature
