Okay, so Template I allows you to use a beginning Tier 4 template of any character, but you don't get all of their powers off the bat. Say for example Goku, you'd essentially be given his powers when he was a little boy (Dragon Ball) instead of as an adult from DBZ).

Taking Template II give you a bit of a boost to Tier 5 which would allow you some more abilities, equipment, and knowledge from the Template character of choice. Now you'll be able to have Goku's strength and powers from the beginning of early DBZ (before Raditz touched down). Everything from there is simply training the template to unlock my skills and powers like a video game skill tree.

As for whether they'd get the character's memories from the template, that is up to you when you write. For me, I just write my WC fic to include it as an optional choice for the character to accept or deny. Whether you want that for your MC is up to you.

It really does. Thank you. The reason I asked is because the starting build I'm using involves two templates. One is Alexios from assassin's Creed Odyssey tier 4, but the real reason I was really asking was because of tier 5 Senku ishigami. The guy is smart, crazy, smart if you ever watch Dr. Stone, you'll see why I chose him and my starting world. Minecraft RLCraft
