See their was this quest over on fiction live, can't remember the name, but basically it was about these different clans of Futa ninja's and how they would serve these different nobles by swearing a contract that basically made them a slave to them which they were tricked into doing hundreds of years ago.

And the story was a young ninja some how was able to break her contract gain her freedom and try to conquer Japan and bring freedom to the rest of her kind.

What I wanted to do was instead explore the idea of a clan of ninja's that served their retainer loyally instead. A quest that would center around a combination of fighting, management, and relationship building.

The idea was your liege was betrayed by a family member or suffered some mysterious illness, leaving only a young boy the remains of this great family and its up to you to guide him, protect him, and try to navigate the politic's as the families many enemies, rivals, and just plan ambitious upstarts try to take over the families lands.

In the process how you handle these enemies will influence and shape what kind of ruler the boy grows into. With a big chunk of the earlier quest being how since you are considered his retainer the previously very restrictive slave contract you agreed to is now suddenly opened up, and you have the freedom to do whatever you want.

I'm hearing Milf shogun ninja serving to prepare the boy to marry her and other hand picked ninja. And you'd like to use the worldbuilding of Street fighter for this?

Technically since she's a ninja, she would be a concubine not a wife and their children wouldn't be allowed to inherit instead being consider ninja not humans. And I would love to recuse the chi powers in this one except with a much bigger focus on bimbofication.

My big thing is that ninja's were originally demons or summoned spirits that were enslaved through various summoning rituals. Still trying to decided what exactly the ninja get out of the deal and why they don't rebel. But these early ninja had children with humans basically creating all the original ninja clan's and bloodlines. With the slave contracts carrying over.

So Ninja are oni that have been domesticated. And bimbofication how? What interesting kinks and story ideas here.

And answer could be freedom from the hell they were imprisoned in. So Chi powers from the AU idea. Any adjustments?

I am feeling Ninja doesn't mean Naruto swat Ninja here. Ninja means demonic Chi bloodline. Chained monsters. Ninja equals demonic influence. Not stealthy elite

They can be stealthy and they are used that way, but think of them less as assassins or spies and more scouts. Heavily armed, stupidly powerful scouts that can enter an enemies territory and get out back home no matter what they run into.

the things about them isn't that their that much more powerful than most people in terms of chi amount or the strength of their spells, what makes ninja so dangerous is that thanks to their Oni blood their just stupidly durable and can really take hits and bounce back from in a couple of days that would kill anyone else.

Ninja are stupidly terrifying creatures, but at the same time cuties. lol. I wouldn't call them stupid or even slow. they can be very smart, they just have completely different priorities to people. They don't really get greedy for land or money. They like sex, they like food, they like family, and they value loyalty above all else. Their very communal. if that makes sense.

Could be as the Oni blood increases in toxicity and power their demonic forms and techniques grow in potency but the more detached from humanity they become. Requiring contract seals to regulate them and greater amounts of sex and booze to sate them. The image of the venerable demon ninja elder drowning in debauchery and laughing like a fool to keep them melllow

Part of that is the slave contracts, part of it is the demon blood, and just generations of these families growing up these conditions creating that mentality. But basically think of them as big dogs in how they view their master and the world.

So as the Ninja's demon blood awakens they become more beast people. Intelligent but losing grasp of civilized concerns

Historical lore thought. During the first generation of Ninja, revenge killing created a vicious whirlpool of retaliation spawning a world War. Ninja would avenge their master, causing the ninja of the slain to seek vengeance. The result was laws protecting masters to avoid further chaos
