What I was thinking with him when the Earth kindom get liberated they find him in some of the cells beneth the city basically a physical and emotional wreck and Katara wants to bring him into take care of him, and Zuko feeling a little bad for the guy agree's, while Azula and Ursa in a rare moment of agreement decide that their are other uses they could have for Jet. Now it was just convincing Zuko to go for it.

With the idea being jet who's entire identiy was kill the fire nation out of revenge for what they've done to him, who had that taken advantage of by the Earth Kindom to use him as a weapon needs to learn forgiveness and vulrability and in the process, learning to love a certain Fire Lord.

Turn Jet into a femboy royal bodyguard taught by Fire Nation inner Chi masters the warriors internal arts. Power level wise, I see inner Chi arts ad fantastical but not one man army. Able to fight multiple people or assault a building full of people at best

What i've been thinking is some kind of cursed crown or a cursed collar, that the fire lord used to give to his concupines to dumb them down and further humiliate them, basically tie it into how originally concubines were war trophys. Zuko finds some, thinks their just ancient jewerly, thought they would look nice on his girls and gives it to them not knowing what would actually happen.

Becuase the reason the fire Lord stopped the practice wasn't because of succession problems harem's caused like they said, it was because they had a lot less control over that curse item and the last fire lord who used it was killed.

But of course Zuko knows nothing about this and the mystery of the artifact and the nature of the bimbo curse is something that'll occupy the first half of the story as something in the background foreshadowing.

Orcs strive to move away from the original sin of being the children of a foul destructive god like Grummish and proving you worth and control to the community is prized.

But the question I have with your orc's and something that unfortunately in fantasy doesn't come up very often, is how do they grow their food? Do they have farmers? Do they heard cattle? Do they have any concept of trade and money? Or do they just raid for anything? The basic's of any civilization is how do they grow, cook, and transport food so that's a great place to start if your building one from the ground up.
