Well, I watched both seasons and read the manga. Yeah, I hated it. Saitama gets less screen time than Tenten.

Tenten got multiple of her own anime arcs. So yes, no matter how OP Saitama is, he can't contend with Tenten's screen time. But yeah, the screen time given to literally everyone else, 95% I didn't give a shit about, made me dislike the series. At best, I might use Tatsumaki in a series or something.
