So you already know on the conclusion of the Iliad, Mister Odysseus wanted to head back home to his family, but unfortuently he came up with the plan with the horse that let the greeks win. And in the proccess he ended up pissing off a couple of gods in the war, since all the major gods where either betting on one side or the other to win and a trip that's supposed to take several months ends up taking a decade.

So long miserable journey where the entire crew goes through absolute hell and has to do some pretty horrific shit to survive and basically gets punished so hard, Zeus who was pretty angry at Odysseus and not known for being charitable, ends up feeling bad towards the end and actually is the one to finally let him free. Now that we have the set up out of the way.

Odysseus and his crew eventually stumble on an island inhabited by simpletons who just sit around all day, fucking, laughing, and eating tulips and eventually they discover that the tulips are a type of drug that makes you live forever eternally happy. Now a good chunk of the crew is tempted to stay and just forget about the horrific shit they've been through,

Understandable since they just faced the sirens and where reminded of the homes they've lost and odysseus has to give a huge pep talk to convince people to keep going and basically Jaune's semplence would turn all his girls and bois into bimbo's happily fucking and loving for the rest of time as unaging beauties.

Combine with knights for Bimbo knights. Armor that empowers but also binds to serve his desires and Jaune feeling the desires and love of his team flow into him.

Cinder as the Veronica to Phyra's Betty is the thought I'd go for with such a AU

I like the idea of Phyra and jaune acting as Cinder's mommy and daddy, really play up her abandonment issues and give her some catharsis in a sexy way.

How you want to do his family of great warriors gig? And honestly, should Jaune really be that crappy of a fighter or is it more likely he doesn't like his Semblance? He wanted a powerful destructive Semblance and he got this kingship thing that he thinks can't do much.

I do like the idea of Jaune having some imposter syndrom where he's not that terrible of a fighter and has a lot of potential as a leader and stradigizer, but in his mind he has to be the best. He has to be the hero, he has to live up to this oversized image of his family and friends that he constantly feels like a failure compared to them.

Lancelot inspiration? Going by the Once and Future King, Lance was amazing. One of the best knights ever but always felt flawed. Jaune has been training with the best family of Knights for years, but his Semblance to him is weak. Even though to over compensate the man's sword skills are out of this world. What his Aura lacks is both light and dark. He's lacking in ego.
