So I have the Avantaie and Shaviade, with the Avataie being holy priestess mage queens able to bestow a blessed light in a sacred round table sort of deal. Different colored magics for sage chivalry arcanists. But the Shavaide in a way like Dragon's Dogma can replace the heart of a man with the heart of a demon, a giant monster of dark magic. And so they rise as powerful warlock knights,

Dark lords meant to lead the armies of the Shaviade in conquest. The demon lord here acting as a empowering and commanding force over the dark magic corrupted hordes of the Shaviade. Warlock primarchs with legions of monster girls and demon mutants and a powerful witch queen they are the agent of, while the Avantaie have their power rangers team of arcane holy knights

Only the fucking profiles and there are my smut setting thoughts for ya. I can clarify the intent of the Avantaie and Shaviade more. They are bimbo magical queens but of two different types, order and chaos, light and dark. Celestial and primal. And from them as in Eragon where magic descends from dragons, magic comes from them. There is sexy here but it is buried under serious fantasy worldbuilding considerations

You mentioned demon knights right? Are demons a naturally occuring phenomena like a species or just formed from negative emotions or are they created by someone or something for some purpose? And what powers and draw backs does having a demon heart bring?

The Shavadie. The dark witch bimbo queens made from bathing in a swamp of black magic craft the demon knight hearts. They have powers over the land by enchanting it and summoning magics. A demon heart is the greatest kind of summoning, turning a mortal man into a vessel to feed the primal magic fed by passion and lust and will. The comparison here is to a fantasy primarch

So I'm guessing get injected with demon blood or the demon knights blood would be like a space marine, a weaker varient but still stupidly powerful. And I'm also guessing that getting a demon heart is a really long difficult proccess that most people would die from. What kind of person could survive it?

Someone who has been rejected by the light of the Avantaie or with a very close relationship and bond to the Shavadie witch who gave them the demon heart. And yes. Although there is this aspect where the Shaviade and the Avantai are meant to be part of a partnership. The Warlock knight is a mighty sorcerer but they aren't capable of the wide conjuring and enchantment of a Shaviade.

What does the conflcit between the two actually look like? Do they have their own societies? Their own religions? How active ares the goddesses anyway? Can they give vague messages to their followers? Or can they actually posses a woman and make their avatar a bride for their champions.

The Avantaie and the Shavadie are the main magical noblity and after the Warlock Wars which scarred the world the Shaviade are considered heresy while the new Avatnaie have risen in power but there are no factions. There is a shared religion and magical culture with Avantaie and Shaviade groups, but nations are their own thing and while there is a unified Avantaie faith, it doesn't stop inter faith war.
