And with the collar semblance my main inspiration for the design was Kill la kill's life fibers, so what I'm thinking is adaptive armor that not only boots their own semblance and their senses but also has the ability to morph into different types of weapons or shields.

Almost like a cross between a symbiote and a green lantern were the collar works with the users imagination to form different configurations. Although Whitely does have the power to override the users will and take over and there will be at least one scene where he puppets their unconscious body after a grueling fight to get them to safety.

But the big thing is this collar isn't just skin deep, the more it grows the more it starts changing the users body to Whitely's preferences and will literally start fusing with their body and giving control over to him. With over time it will start replacing their nerves and muscles with fibers from the collor.

Haven't decided on Willow's semblance, which speaking off. Did the show ever say what Winter's was? Or did she just have the same family inherited bullshit glyph's Weiss did? Which speaking off that too. Wasn't semblances supposed to be unique and special to one person? Well then my question is how the fuck does one family share the same one generation after generation?
