Questionable Questing

So for him to come out and admit it on his own and feel guilty over it. That's what they care about. The fact he wants to repent for a past wrong is something they understand intimately. They actually love him more because it makes him approachable and human, were as before they felt like they kind of had to walk around eggshells around the perfect guy with the perfect family.

What prompts Nolan to bimboify them and as a Viltrumite does he lack a incest tabbo?
Andy333
Andy333
To know he's a screw up like them, and their not just charity case Mr. Perfect decided to save because he just too dang nice, makes them feel a lot better and actually really helps them with their own issues. Since if Nolan can become a hero, they can too.
Andy333
Andy333
Nolan goes full bimbo mode after his wife gets a cancer scare. Basically she goes to the hospital for a check up since she wants to have another kid after Mark starts being a hero and in a way leaving the nest, they find a benign tumor on her skin that is removed without any issues and she doesn't even need to stay in the hospital overnight. But it scares the hell out of Debbie and Nolan.

I like how they believe Nolan is a goody two shoes Mr perfect when he bloody isn't
Andy333
Andy333
Debbie starts talking with Lex Luther about his experiments and starts her own character arc and Nolan starts really considering using his own people's technology despite knowing the side effects they cause. Since the age difference between the two is no longer something they can ignore.

Lex inspiring Debbie to become powerful and more than a mom

Andy333
Yeah that's the kind of funny thing to think about. Nolan's been a hero longer than superman, and while superman is much more charismatic and well liked technically Nolan's the real leader of the Justice league and he has the reputation to match. He's seen as the father of modern heroism.

That's hilarious with how bad he is at heroing
Andy333
Andy333
Its not even that he's bad at heroing, he saves tons of life's and is genuinely really good at it. Its just anytime you see Superman rescuing someone from a burning building or calmly explaining to a would be robber why their fucked in a very calm and relaxing voice, replace that with the drill Sargent from full metal jacket and that's Nolan.
Andy333
Andy333
He act's like a military officer rather than a hero. lol.

Interesting. And Mark was trained by both Nolan and Clark?

I'm seeing Interesting effects on early heroes conduct if Nolan is the model
Andy333
Andy333
Well Clark and Bruce came soon afterwards only a year or two after Nolan, so his impact is kind of overshadowed by them a little bit. But the really big impact on the hero community is that Nolan, with his more Viltrum views, really made hero and government cooperation a big deal and really helped establish a lot of the stuff with Waller and Ceil.
Andy333
Andy333
Which mean's that Heroes are a lot more involved in politics's and are a lot more effective at planning and dealing with natural disasters, big attack and more involved internationally, which again is what Viltrum wants since a international organization that can freely travel through different countries with little oversite to enact change is your future standing army to occupy the planet.

I fucking hate Waller. Watched my Adventures with Superman and like every time in every media she makes the worst choices. She'd rather make the cruel hard choice to appear strong and competent than use her fucking brain
Andy333
Andy333
But on the flip side this just makes the superhero world a lot more involved with wars and a lot more morally complicated stuff.
Andy333
Andy333
In this one Waller is Ceil's secretary and has undergone some pretty big character development working for him. A lot less cruel, a lot quieter and willing to at least on the surface talk, and a lot more competent. Makes her more dangerous actually since she's the kind of person to smile and talk with her victims like their her friend before she kills them.

The involvement of wars is what pushes Mark to say Justice League is now high government and all countries play nice or else. Lex support him or no?
Andy333
Andy333
Lex is in a weird state. he wants humanity to have control over itself and not an alien, but at the same time he believes humanity can only advance if it has a group or someone strong taking the reigns and guiding it. So kind of complicated feelings on Mark, but he's definitely smart enough to hide them.

And Mark is half human.

He really hates Superman for being the unyielding idealist
