I was going with Superman having freezing powers and laser beams from his eyes, with the slow reveal that he can freely control temperature and the reason he doesn't splat Lois every time he grabs her from free falling out of a building is because he's unconsciously making a shield with his powers that protects people. Same reason he can grab a plane out of the air without it crumbling apart.

I like. Focus him on healing and protection and saving people. Make that shield symbol he has important to his powers

With the even bigger reveal that while the Viltrum are physically more durable, they have completely given up on that shield since its something the Kryptonian gods took away from them for their evil they committed.

It makes Superman's line of being the last son of Krpton so much more important since he has entire species powers and belief behind him and he doesn't even know it. The gods themselves would rather risk being killed by putting all their power in one man, rather than let it get used by the Viltrums for evil.

And Mark's moment when his destroy senses activate and he goes wild, when that occur?

Viltrum abandoned their gods and went full atheist, after Krypton denounced them. That's also the time they started calling themselves Viltrumites instead of Krptons. And Mark's first rampage you get hints of during the second Flaxon invasion after his sisters get hurt. But its really against Slade after Terra happens, where Beastboy ends up being the one to hold him back and save Deathstrokes life.

With Beastboy saying this piece of shit isn't worth staining our hands with blood over and since beast boy was the one who before was most obsessed with revenge its what finally snaps Mark out of it.

it Invincible, if Mark isn't getting the shit kicked out of him all the time then can you really say its an accurate crossover? lol. But no Mark's anger burns hot in the beginning but over time he learns to control it until in the end its ice cold. Kind of a mirror to his own growth as a warrior.

Because Physically, Viltrum genetic engineering is practically magic at that point since its their only chance for a cure so they've spent the last few hundred years practically worshiping it with how much time, resources, and energy they've put into advancing it.

But emotionally? Tim Drake is fundamentally a guy who's always felt left behind. His parents are the classic rich work alcoholic that have so little impact on his life that he raised himself and didn't even notice he had a broken arm and bruises all over from being Robin, and when they died Tim pretty much shrugged his shoulders since he considered Bruce his real dad.
