I was thinking supernaturally beautfiul and charasmatic monster, with the image of a classic hero. Naruto taking that supernaturall empathy he has and using it for his own ends.

Make everyone see him as a hero, with only a few getting glimpses of the monster hidding underneath. maybe a more traditonal fighting style to go along with it, to kind of fit with the theme. Stuff like katanna's and fighting more like a samurai than a ninja.

Except that deceptivly simple style is hiding stupidly complex illusions and dangerously face cuts and traps.

Curses and Genjutsu master with blades? And Naruto preyed on and stalked Sasuke from a early age since the masscare, drawn to the negative energy he enthralled Sasuke into a femboy slut and cold killer to attract girls like Ino and Sakura so Naruto could imprison and breed and train them.

That is a way to anchor the evil. Naruto is a beast. A demon. I want it to feel like this is less a completely different version of Naruto, and more like this the same canon version but thanks to a few different events and choices he went down a darker path. I want his goofy sense of humor, love of bright colors, and loud personality to stay sort of the same,

But also contrasted in a way to show how different he is. Stuff like his pranks, turning more sadisitc over itme as it becomes a way to lash out and not just for attention. His fake smiles he wears, evolves into fake persona's. His goofy exterior becomes a tool to lower someone's guard, that kind of stuff.

I want the rape and dubcon and mind break and psychological games. Explore the morality of corruption being used to change someone's affection and Naruto thinks that forcing people to love him is natural and how a ninja should be. Have him do nice things but he's a massive dominant monster with his lusts and he is hellbent on being Hokage.

A beast in human skin. Feeling emotions and thoughts differently to other people on consent and power dynamics in relationships. Saskuke and Sakura belong to him.
