I like the stuff with the crossed arms, goes well with how controlled his face is or even the mustache he wears that helps hide his mouth. All stuff he consciously does to try and hide natural instincts, like barring his teeth or clenching his muscles to prepare for a punch.

You know how muscles get bigger and stronger by tearing and then repairing the damage? I really like the idea of taking that to the extreme with Viltrumites, where after getting ripped apart or beat half to death they get a lot stronger. Not only is it a nice excuse for how quickly Mark grows in power, but its also a nice way to show how inhumane they are.

Have Viltrumite training be finding new and painfully ways to hurt each other and force their bodies to gin immunities against it. Stuff like dunking into acids or burning your body with different chemicals. Or punching increasingly harder materials until it breaks or the bones in your hands crack.

Well, I imagine the guidance system is where Viltrum even when relaxed will unconsciously identify group politic's, so who's the leader, who's the outcasts, who will fight back or submit, then it creates a list of priorities of who to target and how.

With for example, an old man limping the guidance systems identifying a weak knee and where to hit to cripple that person and how that would scare the crowd into compliance since a number of people in the crowd turn towards the old man for comfort. But tell me more about the Flaxen's.

There's an aspect of Viltrumites I love. The endurance. The titanic ruthlessly exhausting bloodied struggle between Thragg and Battle Beast is epic. Their ferocity and tenacity. This is DC so Viltrumites aren't invincible.
