As well as he'll start dressing up a little bit more girl, with some lipstick or tight pants and a lesson from Miss Robin about how the truly powerful don't care what those beneath think.

While over with Mineta he's going through a personal crisis and he'll approach the girls with an olive branch to kind of end their unofficial hostilities by giving him a makeover and letting them embarrass him as much as they want, ending with him in a very embarrassing outfit and some new found respect from them.

With in the long run like you said Bakugo getting pride in being slutty and free, while Mineta starts to associate femininity with security and friendship, and wants to become a different person.
