Well war does bring out the worst in humanity and a war of that size is more what I was focused on rather than the motivations or goals of its inhabitants. Any asshole can wield a sword, but making peace is a lot harder. A lot of Hurrik's internal struggle is over his treatment and feelings for Yigrett.

Which funny enough could act as the perfect opportunity for some pretty interesting interaction with the Wildlings as he tries to broker a peace before a war involving the White Walker's is unleashed.

The White Walkers would just be allies to the Wildlings. Any peace would have to be with the Wildlings and it could only be with a few. They aren't united so siding say with Queen Val could piss off other ones. And Ygrite herself doesn't care about all Wildlings.

I imagine Ygrite in general has feelings for Wildling values surviving but she's not connected to other Wildlings. Her group that came with her is her priority and if they got to be in charge? She wouldn't have much issue.

Well Hurrik, not just being Lyanna's son, but a direct vassal of the Starks given the trust position of warden over moat Callian, will be called up to fight and defend against a wildling invasion and he will bring his entire retinue with him. All of whom have a pretty good chance of getting killed.

And that is a issue for Ygrite. What do you think of things like Corruption of Champions and Trials in Tainted Space where the porn is causal?

Wait, I've heard of Corruption of Champions and maybe the other one. Never played them though, but I'm guessing if you're bringing them up and calling them classic they're pretty good. I'll add them to the list of things to check out.

Corruption of Champions 2 is better then 1 for content and ease of use. Trials in Tainted Space was made after Corruption of Champions two and is also massive.

Heyo, how are you? I'm kind of tired, the new furniture came in and I was busy building it today.

How was that and watching videos on Arcane while doing edits for Jackal and relaxing.

It came out nice though. And for the Illyro update, like I said I enjoyed seeeing the friendship and backstory he had with Varys being revealed, it was done in a very natural feeling way with him feeling nostalgic about former memories rather than the author forcing it if you know what I mean.

I will say that building ikea furniture is always a pain in the ass. There's always one or two super convoluted steps even if you follow the instructions religiously. But back to the update, I liked the argument he and his wife had over ambition over freedom for their son. Both sides had pretty reasonable points and it gave some life to some pretty shitty people.
