There are no stars. Only machines acting as stars from the remnants of a First Empire. Gloam covers most of the world. A supernatural dark fog we still know little about. The style of the setting is gunpowder and swords Renaissance in fashion. Dark and tan skin are the most common traits

What is gloam? And these machines, what do they do? Just sit there and watch? Are they active participants in the story? Are people studying them and trying to figure out who or what they are?

Manipulate Aether. The element composing the plane of divinity and emotions. The machines are artifical light sources in the giant cavern world of Vesper.
Gloam is a dark abyssal mist that poisons people and mutates the land. Gloam storms needs Navigator able to use Signs of power made from Gloam to bypass these dangerous storms.

Doing research for class and talking to girl. So after being ghosted by last one I matched with new one a day ago. Another black anime chick and this one is mega fucking hot. Other one was too. This girl I'm chatting right now drops ultra long messages right back at me. Its great. Deleted Tinder as Hinge is my best interaction. How your day? I have ideas based on basic VN I read last night. And how is Mark writing

I'm doing alright. I had the interview, think I did pretty good, but regardless of if they offer me the job I probably won't take it. While I liked the people and the benefits seemed nice, it would mean being on the road all the time since most of their business is in downtown phoenix. Which means hour-long traffic on a bad day, and they don't pay enough for that. lol.

"Marriage was born in "brutal violence and unwilling submission," yet the very control of man over woman opened the possibility of love between the sexes.17

The male loved the female not in spite of her weakness and vulnerability, but because of it; possessiveness was not an outgrowth of love, but love a consequence of possession. For Lubbock and doubtless many of his contemporaries, the essence and beauty of the male-female relationship resided in inequality"

But still just having the interview and knowing people like my resume, makes me feel good and having practice doing interviews is never something I'll turn down. But good on you for deleting tinder. Lots of crazies and flakes on that site. You're probably better off hunting down a site that's smaller or more specifically localized to your area, since usually the bigger the dating app the more scammer's you get.

With the Victorian and Medieval era you have to remind yourself of the groups you're looking at. See using the Medieval era as an example, when people think of marriages from this time, they think of oppressive brothel arrangement between some random thirty years old and a six year old but those kinds of arrangements where usually entirely reserved for the wealthy and elite.

And these arrangements were purely pragmatic. It was about making sure two kingdoms have an alliance built with blood, that if one gets attacked the other will join in. For the average commoner or nobody farming the fields, that kind of pressure wasn't there. I mean sure there was certain expectations for how men and women should act, as well as certain contracts that get signed when you marry someone.

Cheating in particular was treated harshly since it was seen as bloodline stealing. But for the most part women were just helpful on the farm as men. Men did the heavy labor like plowing or construction, but woman took care of the house which meant handling the garden, livestock, cleaning, and manufactures goods like butter or soap. So very useful and just as labor intensive.

So what all that means is that common men and women where pretty equal in responsibility and power over the household, lots of times your married locally so if you mistreated your spouse you would have to answer to his or her family, and really there was a lot of freedom to pick and choose your partner at this level since everyone was relatively equal.
