I also really like the concept of the older ladies having to pick up the slack and competing with the younger ones for men and having their babies. Maybe have some magic nanobot serum that gives you ten or twenty years back. With the younger ones refusing to be broodmares and leaving it for their mom's and grandma's to do the heavy lifting.

I did. And I hate saying this because you already know it would be trash, but of all the kid shows I can remember growing up that could work really well with a darker and edgier live action reboot, Danny Fenton or Kim Possible is at the top. With maybe Jenny the Teenage Robot as a close third, depending on the budget and CGI quality where working with.
