I know it's a meme, but Naruto's talk-no-jutsu is no joke. Given some maturity, proper training, and a little ruthlessness or fanaticism, and he would be one of the greatest politician/cult leader on the planet.

I do like the idea of grandpa Hyuga, recognizing how much he screwed up his daughters and wanting to have a normal/healthy relationship with his grandkids to try and make up for that as a second chance.

Exactly. Loving grandpa and ruthless as kicker all covered by a patient and refined noble on the outside, acting as the role model for a young Boruto especially with how busy his parents are. But here's a love picture with Hinata and Naruko.

That's because it's an easy Americanized version of Boruto same reason you see Naruto shortened to Naru or Nait sometimes. Funny enough Naomi is the exact opposite. An American name, Japan adopted because they liked the sound of it.

Some super early fanfiction from the 2012-2016 period. And a few speciality fic's I've found, like one where Naruto was inserted into the real world when he was a baby with the fix exploring the culture shock of regular America and the Ninja World. Pretty interesting idea, had the potential to combine some of the better aspect of a self insert while keeping the core of who Naruto intact.

Pretty sad it died after three or four chapters. And while his name was Naruto in the fic, he landed on a small farm in the Midwest and while his adopted parents found a locket from Kushina and Minato with his name on it, they obviously didn't know any Japanese and quickly nicknamed him Nait.

Tired. Just got back from the movies a couple hours ago. It was called the Last Breath and was about a group of underwater welders fixing some oil pipes several hundred feet below sea level, when after an accident one of the guys gets stranded and they have to rescue him. Based on a true story and was decent enough.

A little sappy, but seeing the procedures and technical details on how these dives work plus some of the technology involved was pretty cool.
