It was called the Last Breath and was about a group of underwater welders fixing some oil pipes several hundred feet below sea level, when after an accident one of the guys gets stranded and they have to rescue him. Based on a true story and was decent enough.

The best ones had to be when the guy is saved and back with his wife, and when they first reduce him and he's still unresponsive. Because spoilers, he ended up down there for like forty minutes and he only had enough backup oxygen for ten minutes. So the big fear was even if they rescued him, he would still have a ton of brain damage or neurological issues.
