But on the other hand, you got a lot of people today playing around with their hormones willy nilly and then you mix that with the commonality of antidepressants or prescription drugs like Ketamine and that's just a fucking time bomb waiting to blow. So many people don't realize how closely intertwined the brain is with your endorphin system, the part that regulates hormones.

You screw with that too much and your brain is going to start going crazy trying to correct and rebalance all your systems in a way it's never been forced to before. Appetite suppressants, muscle relaxers, testosterone injections, you don't have that in the wild. So unlike a lot of other things in your body that have millions of years of evolution behind them to help fight it, your brain is clueless on what to do.

Steroids fuck up your mind hard and just in general principle it is a personal choice but also culture and social pressures encouraged are why people do this. There's a heap of male expectations for girls driving them to do plastic surgery and the consequences of it going wrong or bad over time are bad. Bad enough I can't say that it should be done

I think another big issues and why all of it seems to be exploding in popularity and problems its been causing in recent years, is that the technology has gotten so far that now body altering medicines are just freely available. It's like you look at bodybuilders from the 1930's and they call it the dark ages because of how small they are. Lol.

They just didn't have the dietary and now hormone science to ever get close to the six or seven hundred monsters we're able to pump out nowadays. But shit man, we're getting to the point where people are getting so big their hearts just give out in their forties from the stain all that muscle is putting on them. It's like you said, at a certain point you have to prioritize someone's health and longevity over silly awards and breaking records.
