Questionable Questing

And throughout the story, its super mysterious about whether the "god" is real or not. And the whole friend group is getting these visions of things they regret or traumatic memories. With the Main guy in particular having this horrible flash back to the night his friend died, the one who's ashes they were dumping, because as it turns out they went to a convenience store together that got robbed.

And the friend tried to stand up to the robbers and got shot, while the MC didn't and survived. But now he's filled with this survivors guilt at being a coward. Which as it turns out the "god" sensed that insecurities and was trying to break him mentally. Because the god's a coward too, and is terrified of modern weapons and dying. So after a break down and a character arc after all his friends die horribly.

Oh so the God's a dink

The MC stands up for himself and attacks the god, which is this twenty or thirty foot monster with just a tiny ax, and after he hits it. The monster literally starts running away. The whole cult he had built from traumatized survivors of various massacres he created, they were all just there to feed the gods ego at how irrelevant he was.

There were even signs that the forest was about to get chopped down by a real estate developer. It was just super interesting how fast the monster went from terrifying ancient dark god to pathetic loser. And the MC went from whiny coward, to fearless ax wielding warrior. Sorry about that tangent you just reminded me of that for some reason. lol

So it runs away and he destroys it? Shower than bed. Cardio in morning

No, the monster is not destroyed just wounded. The minute anyone stands up to it, he runs away. But the MC ended up burning down the cult's compound and killing most of the people involved. So he wounded it. But the MC learned how to brave and escaped, so victory I guess. If you ignore that he's traumatized and all his friends are dead for reasons he'll never be able to explain.

But sleep well and have fun with Cardio. A word I can't say without some instinctual disgust. lol.

Sounds quite shitty

How goes you? Fucking hot as hell for me here in Arizona. We haven't even hit the middle of summer and we're already getting 103 or 105 degree days. Makes everything slower and more exhausting. lol. But I saw the New John Wick. It was actually pretty decent. Not as good as the first, but then again none of them where.
