    So, the idea on the PVP style multiverse chatroom story.

    You start with a few members, half of them are nice or cowardly, like a Misaka Mikoto or a whatever. You have other half be like Esdeath. The rules are like, only the member native to a world can open the door to their world. If you kill a member, you gain that door opening authority. Plundering the world enough allows you to gain ownership of that setting.
