    Honestly, that sounds like baiting imo, which depending on the context in question is against the rules. If I don't enjoy something, while I will tell the author, I generally stop reading. Neither I nor the author are obligated to read/write something exactly to my tastes unless money has exchanged hands for that exact purpose.

    Weirdly enough, I've never found Jack(mass effect 2) to be all that hot. A Bunch of fics refer to her as attractive but I don't get the appeal.

    Playing through mass effect again and it's weird going through the codex stuff with things like the Turians having 'client races' plural and mentions of Terminus species cause it implies there is a bunch more races we never see. Some actively against the council and not part of the Citadel.

    You know, nowadays when I read a mass effect fic and the self-insert or whatever complains about the Galaxy being over reliant on Mass effect Fields, it's kinda funny to me. Like It's something the reapers cursed the galaxy with.

    I recommend physical exercise, as in just having a 10 minute walk every day at least. Force your body to fucking behave and release all of those delicious endorphins into you brain.

    Yep like Guardian said, even some exercise will make you feel better, caffeine is just going to make it worse.

    Sugar and caffeine are just drugs that make you feel better for a moment and then make you feel twice as bad afterwards.

    Could also try eating something else, if you eat a lot of processed foods try to avoid them for some time.
