Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.

The Cult's Knowledge is pretty expansive, and each level gives a bonus. For example, Level 2 in Lantern doesn't just give a +2 to the roll, but it gives 1 + 2 from both Level 1 and Level 2.
Adding up all of the Cult's Knowledge Levels like that gives a total of +39.
I'm leaning toward the Lore introduction simply because I don't think the Forge's Redemption is worth the investment right now. However, the Lore option does come with aspects I'm wary about. Mainly, the risk of Celestia noticing Cadance, and the potential of Mareinette somehow perverting...
I like how the Silky choice has no consequences, but it has no benefits, either. This vote is really between the Lore and Ritual options unless we come to the conclusion that the drawbacks are simply not worth it.
But I will note that Cadance has no Moth Lore, and she is unlikely to raise it...
I've been dreaming of the day the Lunar Bureau finally learns more about the Lores. Edge is a strong first pick, even more so with the various threats lurking around. It's a shame we can't put more focus into developing the Bureau's knowledge further given how tight our AP is, especially since...
I don't remember what vote won for how we would handle the Lores in the Bureau, but I do think we were encouraging them? It's worth keeping in mind for how we choose to react to Midday Dew.
We didn't Leash Filthy Rich and we didn't replace the original Twilight. Velvet still has a hint of morality left. It's not much, but at least it's there.
Not in this case, at least from my perspective. If we need to spend even a single action getting Twilight up to speed, that's already a major waste in my book. If we're giving up a Name's action for one of Velvet's, bringing Twilight on isn't worth the investment that'd require.
Every time Twilight comes up, this quest gets cursed. I wish we could have just focused on DoA and all the cool alternate reality stuff going on around us.
The worst part is, if the Twilight option wins, we'll be dealing with these arguments for longer than just this vote. We really need to...
The end of the post here:
Implies that the human Twilight isn't the Element of Magic. Describing pony Twilight as "the Element of Magic" to specify her over the "student of Canterlot High" makes it pretty clear that the alternate Twilight isn't an Element.
I'm very curious about the status of "love" in this version of the Mansus. The Mansus we see in the game is explicitly called out as "no place for lovers." Given the existence of Akulites and all they entail, that makes sense, especially when combined with an adept's constant drive for Glory and...
So, putting aside all moral/empathetic/narrative reasons about the Twilight choice, I don't think it's worth it mechanically. A Confidante can be really good, but I would expect us to need to take a few actions to settle things. At this point in the quest, I don't want even more choices for...
