The issue with logging in with email addresses has been resolved.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.
A/N: Sorry for the huge delay in getting this chapter out. I'm still playing through the Norse games (Still on the first one, and purchased Ragnarok on sale), but I wanted to get something out just to show this story is still alive and well. Enjoy.

Chapter XIV: Fluorescent Lights and Unholy Sights
No sooner had the crimson-and-violet portal formed in the Scholar’s chamber than it appeared once again—the Adventure Line, squiggling around the edges of the air like a mischievous serpent, its bright yellow hue wiggling in silent glee. Before...
Chapter XIII: Roast of Perseus & Hermes
They pressed deeper into the subterranean corridor, leaving the Barbarian King sprawled behind them like a discarded suit of bear-skin armor. The damp air carried a strange tension, as though the stone passages themselves anticipated yet another intruder...
A/N: This chapter is quite old. I shared it on Spacebattles and must have forgotten to publish it here. My bad.

Chapter X: Twisting Reality

Even the Ghost of Sparta couldn't stay grim forever. When the absurdity hits just right, even Kratos has to smile. The Narrator truly earned his paycheck on this one.
Ah, the Cod of War—truly the pinnacle of gaming fashion. And yes, Kratos swinging Buckets of Chaos feels like a natural...
Chapter VII: Reassurance
The group's triumphant journey back through the Labyrinth was going surprisingly smoothly. The Adventure Line danced ahead, its cheerful yellow trail weaving effortlessly through the shifting walls. Pandora, though visibly nervous, stayed close to Kratos, her trust in...
Honestly, I have no fucking clue. I didn't think that deep into the fic when I began writing it. I just wanted to write a story where Narry annoys the fuck out of Kratos and that was that. xD
Chapter VI: Roast of Hephaestus
The Adventure Line led Kratos and Athena further into the labyrinthine depths of the underworld, snaking between rivers of molten rock and over crumbling bridges that defied both logic and architectural safety. The faint cries of the tormented dead had faded into...
Chapter V: Roast of Hades
Athena emerged from the tub, her soaked robes clinging to her divine form, her expression a volatile mix of indignation and humiliation. She shot a glare toward Kratos, who stood impassively near the doorway, and then upward, as though trying to pinpoint the source of...
