    Problem is Dirt Races have a lot less attention to them, less spectators and fans, so the prize purses are smaller which would make Dirt Races less attractive to Shirogane.

    Her "support cards" likely would translate as her frequent training partners. So a Silence Suzuka card certainly, probably a Symboli Rudolf, an Air Groove Card, maybe even a Haru Urara card, probably a Pal card of her trainer, maybe for the final one of of her classmate "rivals"

    I believe most tend to wear their track uniforms for non G1 races (but only if you set that setting for your own trainee). It's the Prestigious G1 races do they break out the fancy racewear as these are the top tier races.

    Infamy can be it's own draw if traditional fan gathering isn't Shirogane's style. Fans love to see a "Villain" in competitive sports and either want to see the Villain continue to dominate or be defeated in a climatic battle against a "Hero". Either way it'll draw fans.

She's got the stamina for it, but her velocity and top speed doesn't seem to be the needed level to dominate as a Front Runner. Sure she can manage it against lower tier gate fillers that you'd see in a debut...
