The site has now migrated to Xenforo 2. If you see any issues with the forum operation, please post them in the feedback thread.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.
I'm not sure if the themes can be modified like this, but the threadmarks don't stand out enough on the Blackend styles. They're highlighted for new threadmarks, but when going back over an old thread, there's nothing to catch the eye when you get to one.
If the argument is turning to "how it would have worked in canon," then you have to include Broadcast telling Riley's shard to not let her hurt Jack, so none of this would have happened anyway.
Also, I wouldn't be surprised if Broadcast could influence nearby trigger events to Jack's...
Altpower Riley is something I've never seen before, but anything that wipes the smug of Jack's face is a good thing. And she apparently took the flesh with it!
EDIT: I would like to see a sequal the fall-out of Riley ending the Nine, but just leaving it as a Nine-stomp is fine too.
So, Bastard Son is planning to force some people to be drug mules. When Taylor has both Riley and Amy that she can borrow to get the drugs out of the innocents, not that he knows that.
Or just kill the people that are riding herd on the innocents, and drop the victims off at a hospital until...
Not sure on the Butcher, but Heartbreaker's order was to kill themselves if the got word of his death. Taylor's just going to keep word from spreading until they can be safely deprogrammed.
And she could kill PanPan's resistance to the idea, and obstacles to making the proposal, but she couldn't just "kill her own death," right?
The whole thing seems designed to circumvent the "Path Puppet" Contessa fanon. By only being allowed to Path certain actions, it forces more creativity...
You forgot about Genesis during the Travelers part.
Other than that, nice to see Amy showing that powers aren't what makes you a hero, and Piggot getting closure.
There was more to the comparison than just the pills. The distinction between the "Neo" identity and the "Mr. Anderson" identity, and the "one of these identities has a future" line. There was supposed to be a member of Morpheus' crew that was male in the real world and female in the Matrix, or...
Does it help that the Wachowski Sisters have explicitly said that it's a Trans allegory? The red pill represented Premarin, the HRT pill for trans women at the time, and the blue pill was Prozac, to treat the depression of not transitioning when one probably should.
