  1. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

We could also do one of the Winter Sacrament actions. I'm not the biggest fan morally, but it's relatively simple and (depending how powerful Sacraments turn out to be) may be worth it.
  2. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

[X] You gave him a warning. [X] Open it.
  3. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

Fighting the Windigo has some risks, but it's better than accruing more suspicion or the possibility of Eclipse getting a look at it. As for what to tell Dew, I still have to think more, but I am leaning more towards either a Warning or Advice.
  4. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

[X] Plan Half Light/Half Shadow [X] Plan mafia Uncles are Family too [X] Plan: To Find a Gate I'm fine with most of the options, but here are my favorite 3.
  5. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

I hope we can resummon Axe next turn or something. It would really suck if the best Expedition Name was gone for the rest of the Quest. Edit: Also, does Silky's Cutie Mark mean that she'll have the same Lore omnicompetence as Velvet when she grows up.
  6. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

I interpreted this as less Twilight's status being an active threat to Velvet so much as how Omake Velvet let her self-image be tied into the idea of being a "protector" to the point that she felt forced to get a new Twilight so she wouldn't have to be reminded of her own fallibility.
  7. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

Ponpon was last seen on-screen on Part 4 of Turn 20, but she was mentioned in passing this turn, so she's on Velvet's mind enough to where she would probably notice if Mareinette ate Ponpon.
  8. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

This was a very interesting Omake to read, and I like the dynamic between Baldomare and Mareinette here. Also, this seems to be roughly in line with what I expected the moral consequences to be, where Velvet would devolve into seeing Ponies outside her family as objects and pawns rather than...
  9. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

That's a fair point. Speaking of, I really hope either the Memory of Light or Selene's Winter action give us a lead on how to get rid of Daybreaker. The worst case scenario for Celestia's Lantern growing once per turn makes me worried that we won't be ready for All In, and even the best case...
  10. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

I just remembered we got a Moth 3 artifact from raiding Copper's Cult. While it's a bit too low level to hide our Lores, I wonder if we can (assuming it works the right way) loan it to Cadence so that we can teach her up to a Seeker level.
  11. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

To be honest, I don't think hunting down the highest remaining Moth Artifact would be a bad idea.
  12. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

I would like to see what the Lionsmith-Name's counteroffer is if/when we find them, but going with Biedde's offer doesn't seem like the worst idea. Even if he isn't truly trustworthy, he seems fairly "sober" by Name standards and his parton Hour means his Sacrament isn't too likely to come with...
  13. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

Velvet seems to be aware of the Therapy group to some degree, and encouraged Softy to follow her heart as to what to do with it. However, she doesn't seem aware of what it's turned into since then.
  14. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

Given how any actual consideration for the original Twilight has been functionally absent during this dream, I assume it will be something along the lines of "Velvet nearly goes through with it, before her conscience stops her at the last second as she finally thinks about what it would do to...
  15. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

Oh thank the Hours. This vote was actually making me kind of anxious (and not in the fun way), but I am glad this ends here and don't have to worry about it for the next few turns. Also, no hard feelings on those who did vote for it.
  16. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

If we really do get stuck with a tie, I would almost want the final result to be up to a coin toss; sure, it would be very unsatisfying to at least half of the questors, but at least we wouldn't have to undergo the stress of a second round.
  17. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

[X] Return home, with Diary and Frangiclave, and fulfill your bargain with the Daughter-of-Axes. (End the dream, and redistribute your remaining action points.) I am voting again just to make sure that my thing isn't being left out by a bug or something.
  18. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

Well, this Equestria Girls thing has been significantly less relaxing than I was expecting, and I really just want to get around to finding out what the Sacrament actually does, seeing how Cadence reacts to Velvet's leg working again, and hearing whatever Jade has to say about the Memory of Light.
  19. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

While I could be potentially convinced to go for the cannibalism thing (though only if we're in an emergency), I agree that I don't want Velvet's mortals to erode that much further than they've already have. If nothing else, I think the story would lose a lot of its impact if morality stopped...
  20. Esquestria: The House of the Sun - A pony cultist experience

I don't think that's a very good reason, as this was an optional side quest where we lose literally nothing by not accepting it. On a more practical level, Mirror Twilight won't actually be that useful, as Jade is already a powerful Lantern ally, it would take us 3-4 turns at the minimum to make...
