    Not sure why Prime Earth is relevant here, seeing as YJ is on Earth-Sixteen. The big difference here though is that Earth One Kryptonians tend to be far closer to silver age Kryptonians/Superman when it comes to feats of strengths, New Kara could probably manhandle canon YJ Kal pretty easily...
