    Lol, lancelot ninjad by mod by 2 minutes. Might be worth checking your mysql and apache logs unless truncating is set up correctly they can get bloated. Could save a few GB there each even if it's running properly. Mail logs too, depending on what is running. As for backups... I sure hope...
