    Logic would dictate that their primacy would be equivalent, unless his primacy is affected by his power draining like all his other abilities; so it would be a stalemate at best if they fought and a loss if anyone else tried. Recall that the Eidolon clone was at 'prime' power.

    Something just occurred to me: the Eidolon clone made by Echidna in canon was killed by Skitter+Clockblocker. Highly doubt it was allowed by the clone to be killed in that way, which seems to negate the primacy theory.
